30-day returns
If the product isn't what you pictured, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
What we need
The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email ziburra@outlook.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning it. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — parcels returned without a return authorisation can't be processed.
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another few days to appear on your statement.
UK and EU customers
If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To cancel, email ziburra@outlook.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We'll confirm receipt and send return instructions.
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We'll refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first.
These rights are in addition to our 30-day return policy above. Where the two differ, whichever gives you more applies.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no return needed.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once it's shipped, the return policy above applies.
Non-returnable
Items returned after 30 days, or that have been used or washed, can't be refunded.
